You may read the site for personal or commercial information-gathering, share links to its pages, and contact us through the addresses and forms provided. You may not scrape it at volume, attempt to bypass any rate limits or security controls, attempt to identify any individuals from the writing on it, or use any part of it to train machine-learning models without our written permission.

What you send us.
When you contact us (through the form, by email, or on a call), please don't share anything you wouldn't want to discuss with us before we've signed an NDA. We treat it as confidential as a matter of practice, but we can't take responsibility for the contents of an unsolicited message. If you specifically need an NDA before the First Hour, ask us in your initial email; we usually decline because we don't actually need one to scope the work, but we'll take that case-by-case.

We sometimes link to external sites (a tool, an article, a partner). Those sites have their own terms and privacy notices; we don't control them and we're not responsible for their content or behaviour.

We try to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date. We can't promise it always is. The site is provided "as is", without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, QDW and its officers, employees, and contractors aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the website. Direct damages (to the extent we'd be liable for any) are capped at €100.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that can't be limited under applicable law.

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, the "Effective" date at the top of the page changes. Material changes will be flagged on the site for at least 30 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Sofia, Bulgaria, unless you're a consumer in a jurisdiction that gives you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, in which case those rights apply.
